How do Morris's make so much bread in so little time?
It's because Mr. Morris has set up a production line, this means, by using specially designed machines, the process is continuous; whilst the one batch of bread is being baked, there is another batch being rolled, and another being mixed. No time is wasted and no part of the bakery is ever stood still; just like a car factory.
It's not all done with machines though, Morris's employ 110 men and women
who control the process and handmake some products. This personal touch
ensures the highest quality and the maximum production of bread and other
products. It's no wonder their bread tastes so good.
If you still can't picture what its like inside a giant bakery, than take
a tour of the Barmy Bakery. Click on any part of the factory to see how
it's really done.
